I went to a store to buy a crib. I order a baby changing topper, my package came in but the changing topper was damaged so I had to call the 1800 number to schedule fedex to pick up the damage iteam. About a week later a package came in but they changed my order and sent me a toddler bedrail in a packaged that looked like it was returned because they had tape wrapped around the whole box. Ordered 2 pieces of furniture that both had an additional handling fee of $50 and were to be delivered to my home. The delivery company left them at the foot of my stairs. They each weigh 100 lb. how am I supposed to get them into my home let alone the nursery by myself? Purchased the Babymoov Swoon Up-aluminum item # 69511796 on 7/7/16. I received the shipment email on 7/11/16 and the item arrived on 7/12/16 however it was the wrong item the $159.99 item I ordered came in as a $19.99 pillow that I didn't order. I purchased a Munchkin Nursery Projector today at the Owings Mills Babies R Us store which was on sale, but cashier on the #4 register (transaction #0252:1) at the time rang up my purchase st the original full price. This is my baby he got a rash from babies r is diapers ! He wore them once ! Whatever is in the product is not safe for babies !

I, Kyada Clarksmith, purchased two safety first car seats from the Buford Georgia location on June 23. One box was opened, but I was assured that nothing was missing. Once I got home, my husband realized that instructions, harness cushion, and an anchor strap were missing. The inconvenience of traveling from stone mountain to Buford again is also the reason for this complaint.

We purchased a bottle of Similac Soy Isomil Infant Formula Ready-to-Feed, 1 Qt bottle for our 35 days old baby mid June 2016. We fed him around 3 times 2Oz each time for a day, every time we fed him he would spit all out. We wondered what was going on. So I ordered some stuff for a baby shower off the registry online and paid $15 ($5 per package) for it to be gift wrapped, thinking this would be a good idea and I would not have to run out and find some baby wrapping paper. Needless to say I was super disappointed that it came with cheap *** paper, no ribbon and no bow. Not even a gift tag to be had. WTH?? Seriously, you charge $5 per package and can't even put a bow on it. Save your money... Read more

The worst dont order any baby stuff and have to return it put stress on your life expecially if your pregnant fedex came 3 different times and the return lable was wrong
