Probably the worst customer service that I have ever encountered in my 30 years. I'm sure this review doesn't mean anything to anyone, but it appears that I am not alone. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere. And whatever you do, DO NOT open a baby registry here. Target, Amazon, etc.... all great. NOT babies r us!!!!

I'll never shop at babies r us again. The lack of help when you have an issue is unreal and the workers at guest service desk in christiana are just nasty rude. I will never buy myself or anyone else something from them again!

I don't recommend buying online from baby r us at all!!! I place an order a month ago for store pick up and still don't have a delivery day or any idea when I will get my stroller. My baby is due in 2 weeks and probably I'm not going to have a stroller. They don't give me any information at least when it will be delivered.I can't cancel my order to get another item. Had the worst customer service ever at toys r us! I will not be shopping there anymore due to lack of respect on behalf of the associate and managers part.

I have been on this phone for a total of two hours now. With no resolve to my problem. Babies R Us has no clue what they are doing as far as giving good customer service. I think the representitives are as fustrated with there old and limited ordering program as the customer is. They can't figure out what to do after there is a computer glitch. We had this shipped as it was on our registry. It took them 4 weeks to get the product to us. It arrived and my wife and I were really excited about this as it was going to store diapers on tops since we didn't have additional room for the. When it arrived, it didn't have any of the hardware. I was at Babies' r us at Port Saint Lucie FL on 9/11/16 to buy few items for my grandson and had the pleasure of being helped by a young man Michael B. I was so impressed with his kindness and attention that I need to write this review. Spent three hours online trying to purchase the items that were left on my registry plus some additional things we wanted. Went to checkout and just kept bringing me back to the payment screen where I kept having to enter my credit card info, the 5 gift cards I was using, my rewards number and a promo code. I just read the atrocity of you very negatively servicing the woman who had a miscarriage. How f-iggen dare you!! I certainly hope many women view what has happened and forgo your store.

I went to a store to buy a crib. The crib was not in the store and a customer representative placed the order online for me. 10 minutes down the line, i realized that I will be paying $50 if the item gets shipped to my home but i could save that money of the item was shipped in store for pickup.
